I/Cs Meeting

I need all I/Cs to meet me on Monday because I want to discuss about the EOY camp, I need to hand up a proposal about it to Mr Ten by the opening. Thanks.

INNO's Opening

The opening is just 2 weeks away and there is a lot of things to do so I/Cs please come to help out, members too.

There will be Bahrain visitors tomorrow and 5 EXCOs will be hosting them, and they are: Reuben, Kok Yong, Jieying, Jeremy and Xavier.
For these 5 EXCOs, please take note that you will have to report to INNO at 11AM for some last minute preparation, thanks.
P.S. We have ordered new spa fishes and they have already arrived, so do try it out.

During the June holidays, you need to only come for 3 days for 1 week, and that is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. During those days, just water the plants, keep the place clean, feed all the animals, clean some of the tanks and cages, and whatever the I/Cs asks you to do.
The I/Cs for Monday will be Jeremy and Amelia, Wednesday, Reuben and Roger, Friday
Kok Yong and Xavier.

INNO.fishion Activity/Outings for the holidays

There will be a series of activity and outing during the June holidays. We need you to come for your duties through out the holidays because there is a lot of wwork to be done during the hoidays.
On 8/June/2009 (Monday), is the day that will be put aside for cleaning up the place, bonding games will also take place on that day for you to get to know the members and EXCOs better. The schedule for the day is as follow:
0930 - Briefing on individual areas and holiday duties.
1000 - Clearing of storesand cleaning up.
1200 - Lunch (provided)
1300 - Changing of water for fish tanks.
1500 - Games.
1530 - Debrief and dismiss.


The second one is an outing and its on 9/June/2009(Tuesday), the schedule is as follow:
0845 - Gather at school canteen.
0900 - Visit to Changi Museum.
1030 - Visit to Changi Broad walk.
1200 - Lunch at Changi Village. (bring $5 for lunch)
1300 - Visit to Seletar fissh farm.
1430 - Return to school.
1500 - Debrief and dismiss.


You can get the consent form from Mr Ten.

Common test are over and the holidays are here, please come regularly for your duties, the duty dates are up already on the " Duty Dates " section, you can also download it at the bottom of the section.



All Members Meeting


The meeting will be held in INNO at 1.30PM on 3/June/09. The porpoise of this meeting is that Mr Ten wants to meet all the members to decide on the outing that we will be going on the week after next.

Mr Ten wants the I/C for the day to report to his office to get the key and also to know what to do for the day.
The duty list is up but not all your names are in it, the list will be put on the table near to the spa fish area so you can see and if its your duty date you can sign-in and sign-out after you are done with your duties. If your name isn't in the list, please just add your name on the days that you are free and also please listen to instructions given to the I/C for the day.
